Friends of Richard Bilkszto was incorporated on January 15, 2024, under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010, SO 2010, c 15 and has its registered address in Toronto, Ontario.
The Corporation was granted charitable status effective February 6, 2025, and has federal charitable registration number 764709952 RR 0001.

Natasha Mansouri, Board Chair
Natasha Mansouri is a seasoned educator in architecture, urban planning, and fine woodworking, with nearly 30 years of teaching across various age groups and educational settings. She also has over 10 years of experience as a designer, project manager, and assistant researcher.
She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architectural Engineering and Urban Design, a Bachelor of Education in Technological Studies, and several diplomas and certificates. She was a PhD candidate before moving to Canada. Natasha is fluent in English and Farsi, with intermediate French.
Between 1993 and 1998, she designed 200 homes free of charge for underprivileged families. She served on the board of the Upper Canada Skating Club (2012–2014), volunteered at the North York Harvest Food Bank (2019–2020), and joined the Bayview Cummer Neighborhood Association board in 2023. She is also a member of the North York Gardening Club, the Iranian Women Organization Ontario, Ladies of Liberty Alliance, and other non-profit groups. Natasha provides financial support for the education of five children in her home country.

Bruce Yu, Secretary & Treasurer
Bruce Yu is a student at the Ivey School of Business. He worked for Ontario’s Minister of Education, supporting communications and advising on policy development. Prior to this, Bruce was CEO of a national Canadian education advocacy charity.
A seasoned campaigner, he has held senior leadership and consultant roles on political campaigns at the federal, provincial, municipal and intra-party levels.
Bruce is fluently trilingual in English, French and Mandarin Chinese. He holds a Certificate in Education Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C) designation.

Joseph Lawson
Joseph Lawson is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has operated an independent CPA practice in Toronto for several years.
Joseph's professional experience dates from 1991 when he was a credit analyst in corporate banking with Credit Suisse Canada. He subsequently held a number of positions with independent investment dealers.
Joseph holds a B.Sc with Specialization in Geology, in addition to an MBA. His professional designations include a CPA and CGA designation with CPA Ontario. He also holds a U.S. CPA certification, issued by the State of Illinois. He has been active in various volunteer roles over the years. In addition to English, Joseph speaks French and Spanish.

Collin May
Collin May is a lawyer in Calgary, Alberta; an Adjunct Lecturer in Community Health Sciences with the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary; and a patient safety advocate.
As an author, he has published several articles and reviews on topics in political philosophy, cancel culture, professional regulation, and countering antisemitism. His writing has appeared in the National Post, the Jerusalem Post, the Calgary Herald, The Hub, C2C Journal, as well as academic publications such as Academic Questions and Society Journal.
Collin holds degrees in political philosophy, religion (specializing in medieval Islamic, Jewish and Christian thought) and law from Harvard University, the Ecole des hautes etudes en sciences sociales (Paris), Dalhousie Law School, and the University of Alberta. From 1997 to 2002, Collin worked with the United Nations International Telecommunications Union and then the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland.
Collin has served on numerous federal and provincial boards and tribunals and for a brief period in 2022, was Chief of the Alberta Human Rights Commission. Collin is currently working on a collection of essays on the psychology, social theory and legal aspects of cancel culture, as well as the future of cancellations.
